Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Chi Theta Omega Chapter celebrates 20 years of Service and Sisterhood in Frederick, Maryland with an Anniversary Celebration Brunch. A portion of the brunch ticket proceeds will be used to award $20,000 to local students transitioning to college.
